12-Week Hybrid Experience for Leaders Ready to Rise Without Burning Out
The Wholehearted Leadership Series is a transformational hybrid program for upper-level leaders who want to prevent burnout, reconnect with purpose, and lead with more clarity and authenticity. This experience blends personal development, trauma-informed practices, somatic healing, and leadership coaching to help leaders move from overwhelm to grounded, sustainable, heart-centered leadership.
Program Components
Six 2-hour immersive workshops: Designed to deepen self-awareness, strengthen resilience skills, and help leaders integrate more authentic and sustainable leadership practices.

Seven individualized virtual coaching sessions: Focused, personalized support to help participants apply what they’ve learned and make meaningful, lasting shifts in their leadership. Coaching includes the FEBI (Focus Energy Balance Indicator) Inventory to launch each participant’s customized development plan.
A small, intentional cohort of 8–15 participants, creating a supportive, growth-oriented space for honest reflection and shared learning.
Tuition: $3,000 per participant
Special Scholarship Opportunity
Thanks to the generosity of the Community Foundation of Elmira, Corning, and the Finger Lakes, the first 10 eligible nonprofit registrants will receive a $1,500 scholarship toward tuition.
How it works (important):
Scholarships are automatically awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you work or live in Chemung, Steuben, Schuyler, or Yates counties and select the scholarship option at checkout, your scholarship is guaranteed.
Once the 10 scholarships are claimed, the scholarship registration option will close and no longer appear at checkout.
👉 If you see the scholarship option available during registration and you are eligible, you can proceed with confidence — your scholarship is secured when you register.
Registration & Payment Details
Participants may register by choosing one of the following:
Pay a $250 registration deposit to hold their spot• Full remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the program start date.
Pay the full tuition of $3,000 at registration, or
Apply for the $1,500 scholarship (if eligible) at checkout and register by paying the $1,500 balance.
Scholarships are awarded to the first 10 eligible non-profit registrants by requesting the scholarship at the time of checkout.
Remaining balances may be paid by check, credit card, or ACH transfer to Beauty Way LLC, either in a lump sum or installments.
Cancelation
The $250 registration deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the program start date will receive a refund of any additional payments made beyond the deposit.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the program start date are not eligible for a refund, due to the limited cohort size and advance preparation required.
Scholarship-supported registrations follow the same policy.
